In order to meet the deterrence education needs of our clients, the National Institute for Deterrence Studies’ “NIDS Academy” can employ a range of tools and formats such as videos, podcasts, published articles, and in-resident lectures/discussions, to provide high quality nuclear deterrence professional education to any national security workforce. The NIDS goals are to make content available in a wide array of formats to maximize access in their workplace or home and educational level. The materials described here will be available through web and social media formats like the NIDS website, YouTube,  LinkedIn, and Twitter. The objective is to give the workforce an opportunity to learn when and where they have the opportunity.

The NIDS Academy program is designed to meet the needs of the busy, time-constrained senior leader and the young, fielded workforce who do not spend their workdays in front of a computer or in a classroom. The NIDS Academy program is fungible, agile, relevant, and current; designed and taught by competent experts, former practitioners, and accountable representatives who are passionate about its mission to educate and inspire a national security and nuclear deterrence workforce whose mission is to ensure the worldwide peace, security, and stability of the US and its allies.
