Peter Huessy is President of Geostrategic Analysis and a Senior Fellow at the National Institute for Deterrence Studies (NIDS). A nationally recognized defense and national security analyst with more than five decades of experience, he specializes in nuclear deterrence, strategic modernization, missile defense, arms control, and U.S. national security policy. He is the founder and host of the long-running Huessy Seminar series and has advised Congress, defense organizations, and policymakers on strategic deterrence issues for decades.
Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Garrett Harencak, USAF
Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Garrett Harencak, USAF is a retired U.S. Air Force major general with extensive experience in nuclear deterrence, strategic planning, and national security policy. During his distinguished military career, he served in senior leadership roles including Assistant Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration at Headquarters U.S. Air Force and Commander of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. He currently serves as Director of Sponsorships and Engagement for the National Institute for Deterrence Studies (NIDS), where he focuses on strengthening partnerships, outreach, and support for deterrence education and national security initiatives.
